If you have been looking for a coach you have probably realised there are loads to choose from and you might be wondering how to even start finding the right one.
My advice is to look for a coach trained and certified by an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited provider, ensuring confidence in their skills and ethics.
Effective coaching relies on a good sense of connection between client and coach so speak to a number of different ones. Most coaches offer a free, no obligation, ‘chemistry session’ so you can both get a sense of whether you would be a good match. Be curious and ask questions about their training and coaching style - you will sense when you have found the right one!
I trained with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) who are ICF accredited, and I am currently completing my certification.
My coaching is rooted in the CTI model, which fundamentally believes that you, the client, hold the key to your own answers. I guide you in uncovering these solutions through deep enquiry, helping you connect with your core values and authentic self.
I adopt a holistic approach, recognising the interconnectedness of career, relationships, personal growth, and fulfillment. Our journey together will go beyond simple analysis, engaging your mind, body, emotions, and intuition.
Working together, you will uncover and develop your wisdom. This process will lead to greater clarity, the breaking through of self-limiting beliefs, and the discovery of personal insights, ultimately increasing your confidence and resourcefulness.
We will create a safe, creative, and honest space to move outside your comfort zone, moving beyond quick fixes for long-term transformation—and we have fun on the way!
